Prior to co-founding Indium, Shalabh has worked in leadership positions with RBL Bank, Barclays Capital, Citi and Standard Chartered Bank. Strong track record in building and scaling businesses, leading teams, and product innovation. Shalabh is an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a B.Tech. from IIT Delhi.
Vivek Kumar
Co-FounderOver two decades of experience in consulting and banking across diverse areas such as working capital management, trade finance, supply chain finance, payments, and digital channels. Prior to co-founding Indium, Vivek has held leadership positions with Citi and Standard Chartered Bank. Known to drive business and his teams with passion and empathy; and leverage technology to address business needs. Vivek is an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a B.Tech. from IIT Delhi.
KE Narayanan
Head - Credit Risk & PolicyOver two decades of experience in technology driven risk management, credit policy, credit underwriting, analytics, product & portfolio management (wholesale and retail), digitization & finance management across a wide spectrum of retail asset products, both secured and unsecured. Prior to Indium, Narayanan has worked with various leading NBFCs and banks namely HDB Financial Services, Magma Fincorp, Yes Bank, HDFC Bank & ICICI Bank. Narayanan is an MBA (Finance) from Symbiosis, Pune.
Umesh Jain
Advisor, TechnologyUmesh is an experienced business technologist specialising in Banking and Financial Services Industry. As CTO & CIO, he led technology at National Stock Exchange, the 3rd largest global stock exchange, and set up technology at greenfield venture YES Bank. Prior to that he spent over a decade at Citibank. Umesh is a B.Tech. from IIT Delhi.
